PAYROLL – WHAT DO WE DO?

Review your current payroll record keeping system to ensure it’s the most efficient system. If a change is required we will deal with this as a separate project.

  • Arrange the most convenient way to record and receive hours worked
  • Make sure allowances are treated correctly for tax purposes
  • Make sure leave balances are tracked correctly
  • Advise you of payments required
  • Provide your employees with payslips

Our cost: starting from $50 plus GST per month. Fixed price agreed upfront for the year ahead so you know what to expect.

PAYE – WHAT DO WE DO?

  • Complete and file your PAYE return
  • Advise you of the PAYE amount due
  • Check IRD’s assessment once processed

Our cost: starting from $40 plus GST per month. Fixed price agreed upfront for the year ahead so you know what to expect.

Take over the ACC administration

We realise your time is precious so we take away the hassle by:

  • Receiving all of your ACC mail
  • Checking all invoices for accuracy and approving for payment
  • Ensuring your liable earnings and classification units are correct
  • Advising you of your payment options
